Opened Newgistic's largest facility in Hebron, KY. Project consisted of interfacing with landlord representatives, managing material handling projects and working with a sublease to ensure all of their requirements were met. Building is over 500,000 sq. Ft.Designed and implemented a comprehensive management training program. Conducted 12 individual training classes and trained 61 personnel of various levels ranging from Leads to Facility Managers. Network design. Developed plans to increase entire network capacity through various material handling projects. The plans represented an overall increase to the network of nearly 30%. Directed several projects and teams in our Fulfillment business to improve efficiencies by consolidating sku’s, utilizing high velocity slotting principles and creating replenishment standard operating procedures that improved overall efficiencies.

Developed and implemented corporate-wide standard operating and engineering processes resulting in per unit savings of 10.0%.Assisted in the successful launch of three Greenfield start-up operations translating into a net profit gain $.065/unit by reducing total labor costs, increasing transportation density by 32.1% with an annual run rate of $9M and leveraging other overhead expenses.Instrumental in the refinement and rollout of a new operating system including training and asset management.Developed and implemented a corporate wide total quality management program that contributed to a 20% reduction in service issues including decreasing end to end transit time by .62 days.
