As the Director and Co-Founder of Glasstap Limited and Trainers’ Library, I'm committed to creating innovative training content that genuinely engages learners and inspires real change. I’m proud that experiential training activities like The Witches of Glum have gained international recognition, with this particular activity endorsed by Show Racism the Red Card and used in schools to help students understand the nature of prejudice and stereotypes. I’m proud too that, now in its 21st year, Trainers' Library has supported L&D professionals in more than 40 countries and helped them to facilitate learning that is anything but boring, or mundane. It’s a critical skill in an age when learners are, quite rightly, intolerant of passive training.
