Dr. Rod Berger is an esteemed journalist and storyteller who is known for capturing the essence of what makes each person unique. That attention to detail has supported 16 years of guest lecturing at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management, the TEDx stage, and remote regions across the world. As an on-air personality and storyteller, Berger has interviewed global and iconic companies, individual brands, celebrities, professional athletes, and award-winning entertainers, including NBA Hall of Famers Charles Barkley and Magic Johnson, Mario Lopez, Hall of Fame Songwriter Jermaine Dupri, Sammy Hagar of Van Halen, Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri, Daymond John of Shark Tank, NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw and NFL on FOX and former NFL great, Greg Olsen. Berger even dared to get into the octagon with UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov to capture the story.For over a decade, Berger has contributed to Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine and previously with HuffPost and Scholastic. He has traveled to sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Sweden, Norway, Toronto, and from Miami to Los Angeles, covering stories - most notably, he visited with the Pope and United Nations officials in Rome to discuss the global refugee crisis. In 2023, Berger traveled to Uganda to cover literacy efforts at the Imvepi Refugee Settlement and then later in the year with Water Aid Sweden, documenting water well installations on the Kenyan border. A man at the intersection of adventure and story has taken Berger to the Nile River in Africa for harrowing rafting expeditions, to the archipelago in the heart of Stockholm, carving up the water in a one-of-a-kind electric boat, and back to the U.S. going behind the scenes of a Formula 1 race with the Williams Racing Team.Berger has developed numerous partnerships around the world with leading associations and organizations. Dr. Berger has previously served as a Brand Ambassador for Soundtrap, a Spotify company.
