 Provide Cost Related information to the Client for anticipated circumstances that may happen to the Project either advantage or disadvantage to the Client.  Analyse and study the Approved Contract Documents and Bill of Quantities. Prepare quantification on each item based on the approved Bill of Quantities. Check/evaluate/reconcile billing and quantities of the Contractor based on their Contract Documents and Bill of Quantities. Evaluation of claims by the subcontractor and submitted to the client for recommendation. Prepare cost analysis and rates for any variation and claims based on the Condition of Contract. Involve in contractual issues based on the existing Condition of Contracts. Prepare Internal Budget monitoring to ensure that the actual expenditure will not surpass the budget amount. Project monitoring and supervision.

Project: Infrastructure Project Responsibilities: Analyse and study the tender package of a certain project. Prepare Tender Package such as preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities, Evaluation of Unit price, and Preparation of Total Commercial Price as per tender requirements. Supervise and distribute the work load to my quantity surveyor subordinate.  Post contract project; Analyse and study the Approved Contract Documents and Bill of Quantities. Prepare quantification on each item based on the approved Bill of Quantities. Check/evaluate/reconcile billing and quantities of the Subcontractor based on their Contract Documents and Bill of Quantities. Evaluation of claims by the subcontractor if any. Prepare Request for Change Order to the client (RFCO) where required.
