Project Manager - Responsible for the operation , implementation , design and planning for the good of the company- Responsible for technical issue and deployment of every project for Smart, Globe and DMPI project.Role & Responsibility:Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project or subproject according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget. - Responsible for every sites that we build in Ho Chi Minh in all telecom works from BTS down to transmission- Handle the integration, commissioning and test call on every sites assigned to us- Handle the acceptance, site documentation and upgrades in case to case basis- Manage ASP for the correct installation and supervise them base on ericsson standard- Conduct training for ASP on site for the use of Site master, Configurations and other related tasks to develop there know how

- Handle the operation for Site Survey on Smart and Globe Cell Site for NodeB roll out for Smart Communications Inc. and Wimax deployment at Globe Telecom Inc. - Manage the deployment of team manpower and the distribution of task for each team- Commission and integrate site to speed up everything including the assistance during acceptance.

- Team leader for the installation, commissioning and integration of different site of Digicell Papua New Guinea under ABI Group management- TN Minilink installations , commissionings, and integration including the documentations. Handle different TN equipment 2P, 6P and 20 P- Upgrade TN Minilink software and Handle Ericsson RBS 2216, RBS 2106 for outdoor.- Handle the acceptance of multiple sites.

- Handle the 3G installations, commissionings and integrations of WCDMA at Ericsson Adelaide South Australia- Telecom task include site survey, sweep test , swap out , and other related task including the documentations- Troubleshot in different issue arises both RBS 2000 and RBS 3000 on site plus the site handler update everytime site is finish.

Work under John Holland for Ericsson 3G Jersey project in Australia- Handle the integration, installation and commissioning of WCDMA 3G implementation- Handle the interconnection between Nortel CDMA with Ericsson WCDMA using only one antenna and one feeder using a combiner- Installation, commissioning and integration of WCDMA in different area of Adeliade South Australia.- Handle all task including the documentation, sweep test and site handler update.

- Handle the implementation of different project from Smart Communications inc , Globe Telecom Inc and DMPI telecom- Handle the quotations for telecom pricing , making of proposal and evaluate different issue concerning the implementations- Responsible for the BOQ, BOM, and other matters that need technical expertise.- Manage and monitor day to day activities of all team - Responsible to find projects in different vendors in the country

- Manage telecom project from civil works down to telecom works- Responsible for the technical issue and the implementation on every sites we have handle- Negotiate on pricing , making BOQ, BOM and other matter for the good of the company- Manage the flow of the operation to make sure evrything is in order - Responsible to find projects and making proposals to different main contrators and even direct to the operator .
