Performed system and sub-system integration modifications due to customer and federal technical updates for disassembly, modification, reassembly, and test. *Principal Systems Engineer/Critical Program Information-Critical Technology (CPI-CT) Manager -Served as Lead Consultant with the United States Air Force on Critical Technology Studies and Research. *Information Assurance (IA) Manager / Systems Admin / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) - Served as IA Manager for multiple DSIL and TSIL for physical and systems security measures. Lead team of Systems Administrators to correct threat deficiencies on programs. *Principal Systems Engineer - Served as Lab Manager and SA/NA for multiple Integrated Dev and Test efforts of aircraft mission systems. Served as Lead Management Consultant with the United States Navy on Disaster Recovery and Manpower Management Studies to facilitate Nuclear Weaponry identified facilities and support personnel. Ultimate responsibility was two-fold, First, to develop and implement a Navy-Wide Total Force Manpower Management Software System that outputs strategic support designs of work performance measures and workforce analytic reporting generated by mission changes, daily work operations, and Disaster Recovery Movements. Second, to support the operations of civilian employment application tracking and manpower learning management services. In addition performed research implementation of various Human Resource Information Systems (HR IS) (e.g. People Soft and Business Objects) Accomplishment: Performed four successful consulting engagements totaling $5M in revenue.

Lead deregulation certification and market implementation projects. Provided customer consulting of market business events and rules (market transactions) in automation processing for utility companies throughout the United States. Consulted as technical business expert in the Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan deregulated markets. Developed project requirements with respect to EDI processing and data management. Utilize XML, Gentran NT, and J-Python via a Java/Corba infrastructure for file processing and data management. Assisted in overall development of Exotran Transaction Management System. Accomplishment: Orchestrated the presence of two national retailers in various deregulated markets resulting in $2M in revenue.

Developed and supported custom and hybrid marketing business unit applications for the deregulated and non-deregulated energy markets. Calculated and supported related hedging algorithms for risk management systems and resource sales. Utilized VB & Powerbuilder with Foundation Classes, ArcView, Visual C++, Visual Basic, and MS Access for development and support. Accomplishments: Developed a report catalog/GIS monitoring application to obtain compression and control system information from gas processing and production plants resulting in $15M of additional revenue, as well as improving the company’s new customer relations. Developed a paging and voice mail system to immediately notify high-level management in the event of curtailment of the electric or gas resources resulted in a departmental savings of $1M.

Developed business applications for the support of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Performed R&D on water and waste water (SCADA) systems and in order to expand utility services. Working engagements included call center, order entry, bill consolidation, contract maintenance systems, and field automation. Utilized C, C++, & PB distributed architecture featuring Web PB over a T1 featuring Cisco Routers. Accomplishment: Developed Computer-Based Training application to train field operators electronically resulting in 1,000 less non-certified service techs resulting in a fee savings totaling $30K. Developed a personal work management system for Business Development Representatives to manage their core developmental activities within the flow of the corporate deal processing and development structure. In addition, developed a database application for tracking contractor credentials and activities.
