During my tenure here I was predominately based out of Hong Kong, however I also completed assignments in Dubai, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, India and Eastern Africa. Working throughout these regions, I was able to restructure multiple companies and their subsidiaries across diverse, global markets. I specialised in pre-insolvency/bankruptcy matters, finding the optimum route for companies to take in navigating capital constraints. One of my major successes was coordinating the wind-down of gas and oil assets throughout the GCC region, India and Eastern Africa. Throughout this project, I was able to establish connections with global buyers and ensure that assets were sold that maximised stakeholder return.On top of this, I have done a lot of litigation support and expert witness testimonies.

FTI Consulting is an international consulting firm with expertise in financial services and restructuring. As Chairman for Asia Pacific, I was responsible for building out the business within the region, focusing on the 4 verticals, these being: restructuring, forensics, technology and economic consulting. I led the restructure of multiple companies across the region, and was able to find the optimum route for companies to take in navigating capital constraints. One of my major successes was opening the offices in Singapore and Australia, this led to the business tripling in size. Throughout my time in this position I was able to use my strong communication skills for client engagement and ensure that projects were delivered in a timely manner.

Ferrier Hodgson was a restructuring consulting firm. As partner, I was responsible for expanding the business presence within Asia Pacific, I opened offices in Shanghai, China and the Philippines. In 2010 Ferrier Hodgson was acquired by FTI Consulting.
