Current• Assist clients in the proper administration of their employee benefit plan• Enrollments• Terminations• Changes• Billing questions • Data entry• Reviews census data with each client and updates in system• Enrolls, terms, changes to enrollment per clients request• Commission data• Renewal data• Maintains and updates client log • Proposal and Renewal preparation and New Business submission• New Business – enters data and prepares proposals• Renewals - Reviews and Prepares renewal presentations• Reviews new business submissions for accuracy• Obtains necessary data from clients • Service• Answers clients questions regarding enrollment, billing and claim inquiries• Organizes monthly renewal data for proposal preparation• Submits enrollments, terms, additions on behalf of clients• Handles claim issues• Answers client questions regarding insurance coverages
