Responsible for developing training curriculum for over 100 Supply Chain employees. Developed Global Supply Chain training, competency matrix and, associated curriculum. Developed easy to navigate Internal Portal for tracking. DiSC certified.

Responsible for designing, developing and driving competency-focused learning programs, focusing on core leadership skills across 3 levels of SABIC Leadership on a global level. This includes Emerging, Developing and Experienced Leader, with ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the programs for effectiveness.I conduct needs assessments based on a strategic alignment and the talent requirements defined with global/local business leaders.Establish strategic and business relationships with world class learning providers to address defined needs and curricula designs. Work with such established vendors as London School of Business, Centre for Creative Learning, Babson College and Cranfield School of Management.Also, on a needs basis, act as consultant to support the global HR Business Partners with tailored learning solutions to support their clients.I facilitate sessions in English in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Shanghai and Tokyo.MBTI Certified - 2016

Examples of programs that I deliver include Presentation Skills, Influencing Skills, Interviewing Skills, Facilitation Skills and Change Acceleration Program. I have experience delivering programs internationally; locations include Europe, Shanghai, Tokyo and Saudi Arabia. I deliver Leadership programs for SABIC's Emerging and Developing Leader programs in the Americas and Saudi Arabia.

Oversee Quality Management System for Supply Chain Operations and Facilitate monthly Quality call with our North American Manufacturing Sites. I also coordinate and reply to customer Supplier Surveys.
