Managed the early stage vendor identification, tendering, short listing and selection project for a suitable Technology Platform for a new nation-wide recycling programme (“DRS = Deposit Return Scheme”). This progressed to managing the successful rollout of platform and service management aspects by the chosen vendors.Arrange and oversee discovery meetings & workshops with SMEs and project members (BAs and Architects). Provide suitable Governance and control with respect to schedule, scope and budget. Engage and inform Board members. Manage the creation of both EOI and RFP documentation (technical, schedules, legal and operational) and distribution to qualified interested candidates. Host clarification sessions with vendors. Ensure consistent and meaningful review and scoring of the responses.Drive the successful on time delivery of the programme workstreams. Proactively manage the vendors to complete the varied business objectives. Established and managed the ongoing Governance Processes – overall status, change, budgets, and ongoing decisions. Drive the initiation and follow through of UAT activities involving the business users. Handover project and a range of deliverables to now established internal team.

Working within the Dell Trade Compliance IT Team, this role is to ensure clear understanding of program requirements; monitor IT progress on behalf of business stakeholders; ensure business-side validation via demonstrations or user testing, and drive business adoption readiness (training, process changes, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
