Independently managing planning and operations, I guided our dynamic team through various impactful activities.Highlights from my program:- Secured and orchestrated governmental, institutional, and corporate visits to diverse organizations, establishing meaningful connections and insights.- Collaborated with NGOs and community leaders to organize community-service initiatives, addressing critical issues and fostering sustainable change.- Successfully coordinated logistical needs across two states, Jakarta and Lombok, ensuring smooth execution of our projects.- Facilitated the recruitment, training, and development of team members, nurturing a cohesive and impactful team dynamic.- Grants management of SGD$24k, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing the impact of our initiatives.In Jakarta, I had the privilege of hosting esteemed youth organisations from Indonesia Youth Diplomacy and ASEAN Youth Organisation at the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta where we hosted a dialogue on the relations between Singapore and Indonesia and the role youths play in this. We also visited the ASEAN Secretariat and TORAJAMELO to understand various initiatives happening in the region beyond Singapore, and where Singaporean youths can play a part in them.In Lombok, we conducted various social programs such as hand hygiene, composting, beach clean ups and refurbished the Desa Malaka community library and clinic. We did this together with the local youths, IYD's Nusa Tenggara Barat Chapter and lastly Hope Worldwide Indonesia, my dedicated long-term partner. Show less
