Currently serving as Sr. Environmental Services & Compliance Supervisor at Enercon Services. Insure environmental due diligence, and compliance throughout the life of the project. 8+ years of experience managing projects related to the innovative biocatalysis technology known as "Catawater HHO" within the oil and gas industry. Projects managed include water recycling, in situ soil remediation of produced water and crude oil releases, saltwater disposal (SWD) facility treatment, above ground storage tank (AST) remediation, drill-completion pit remediation, and drill cutting recycling. While utilizing Catawater HHO technology at Approach Resources from 2015-2020, we were able to save approximately 80% in environmental (waste/disposal) operating cost related to in situ remediation of ASTs, drill-completion pit closures, and produced water-crude oil releases within the first year of implementation. In addition, 20+ years as an experienced Senior Manager in Environmental, Health and Safety services with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Strong advocate of ESG and innovative technologies that help reduce the environmental footprint of onshore oil and gas operations, which includes in-situ remediation of soils and the sustainable recycling of water. In addition, brings a strong operations professional skill set in all aspects of the Environmental Management Systems (Soil, Water and Air), Low Cost EHS Operations, Safety Management Systems and Water Resource Management.
