Currently working at Doncaster Royal Infirmary within the Business Department as a Training and Education Coordinator across the Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH).I play a pivotal role in facilitation and support of training programs that make up thecompetency and compliance records for our Doctors, Nurses and Support Staff across the trust.I am responsible for the day-to-day management of data across the learning campus, ensuring accuracyand timely inputs into our bespoke IT systems.I assist in producing key performance indicators and management reports, which support high-leveldecision making.I administer 3rd party produced digital content to ensure lectures and classes run smoothly andadminister the publication of relevant information such as joining instructions and venue setup.I liaise with external candidates and consult on process improvements within the business department.Currently, I manage the project toward streamlining our learning management system (ESR LMS), whichwill enhance and the improve class utilisation, maximise the efficiency of course offerings in order to provide more sustainable outcomes from our training courses and eLearning modules.
