With a true passion for small business, I started working with Local Direct Network (Salmat) in 2010 to help give small business a big voice.Opening the Southern Sydney branch, this branch is currently turning over in excess of $700k per year in sales and specialises in design, print and delivery of letterbox advertising materials.I am responsible for all facets of branch operations including but not limited to existing and new sales growth across the letterbox distribution channel as well as design and print sales growth. Other responsibilities include maintaining debtors within business expectations and managing and mentoring a team of staff, cross departmental communication and co-operation and ensuring that the customer is put at the centre of focus.

Working in the Veterinary Wholesale field for twelve months on a maternity leave contract. Working with a wide range of veterinary clinics on business processes, sales, merchandising and overall business health.I loved my time in the industry and has led to me partnering with Virbac Animal Health in developing websites for veterinary clinics.

Predominantely working with the ladies delivering the WW in meeting exoerience, I was charged with training and developing a team of up to 30 people in sales skills and the delivery of in meeting messages.I was fortunate to have a wonderful team behind me which culminated in my territory being first in four out of six KPI's we are responsible for.

Working in the field of coffee was a great experience and due to this I have developed a real passion for coffee in general. Working with franchise partners in the field of small business coaching and in-store operations.Business Planning, In-Store Marketing, Local Area Marketing, Staff Development and Training were all responsibilities in the role.It was with a very heavy heart that I moved on, but new skills awaited.

Working as an Area Sales Manager, I looked after a region of pubtabs, clubtabs and TAB agencies with territory sales averaging approximately $300m per year in turnover.With responsibilities including agency standards, pub and clubtab sales and marketing activities and merchandising, as well as TAB agency refurbsihment prgrams.
