Responsible for complying with internal ICTP among the regional companies, while helping maintain cash positive business all the meantime while presenting a clear picture of all costs influencing the business results. Responsible for sales in the entire Central America, Mexican Distribution network and responsible for setting volume, forecast, volume-price negotiation, new product development, account training and event sponsorship in conjunction with local plastic associations. In addition to CA, responsible for the disposables application market accounts and large blow molding and agricultural film accounts in Mexico. Over US$ 100M in annual sales.

Responsible for AR and Treasury, financial structure controls and management, analyzing current and potential new client financials, negotiate debt structures with clients and establish relationships with financial services companies to share and minimize risk and hedge currency exposures.
