This led to the development of the Art-Driven Innovation method for innovative idea generation and a bottom-up approach to actively developing responsible innovations.

OurkilO's mission is to close the material loop of recycled bioplastic and reduce carbon emissions in a city- one kilo at a time. OurkilO’s protected Microfactory and design library offers a complete solution to replace mass production manufacturing with a customizable, modular and circular system. Together with the OurkilO community, we can reach in cities a 90%+ reduction of CO2 emissions and 100% waste elimination compared to current alternatives.

Responsible for the coordination of the Shell Innovation Research & Development (IRD) Subsidy Desk. Within Shell the IRD Subsidy Desk supports Shell's R&D staff in setting up and running R&D partnership projects and in obtaining public funding through government programs with a focus on the European and Dutch national level. To achieve this we give advice on matching Shell R&D activities to the best public programs and external partners. We do this by offering practical support. Portfolio programs involve:- WBSO and RDA annual application (Dutch fiscal inventive schemes)- Dutch national projects with Topsectors, NWO, EFRO- EU international projects within FP7, H2020, LIFE, CEF- Global landscaping

Management Trainee at Van Leeuwen Buizen GroupCompilation of different project assisgnments in order to get acquainted with the company, its people, products and markets.First Assignment: As a team member of the largest project in the company's history I participated in a complete warehouse assesment on site in Greece and developed a Dashboard DSS tool in order to provide project management with a weekly insight on the KPI's. Second Assignment: At the purchasing department I worked in an international environment. Moreover, by performing a GAP analyses insight in the inefficiencies of the department was created which led to a different employee and market approach.
