I am a principal in the Business Law Practice of Harwood Andrews. I seek to apply specialist knowledge across a diverse range of business law areas to help my clients achieve their objectives. I am accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in business law and have been practicing law for 30 years. I regularly presents to client and accountant groups on matters of professional interest, such as taxation, succession and business structuring. I have a special interest in primary production, in particular the wine industry, and an appreciation of the challenging environment the farming community operates in and the complexities of agribusiness.
