With 6+ years of experience in the fields of digital communication, marketing and event management, I have an explorer, naturally curious and competitive profile. I am a people and results oriented person and an inherent ability to deal with multicultural teams and leverage their impact. Throughout my career, I held positions in different countries, making it easier for me to adapt to new places. My colleagues would describe me as a hands on, driven, broad-minded and dynamic professional. Some of my work experiences includes internal communication (from roadmap to implementation with different stakeholders), sales, event management, graphic design, video and image capture and editing, social media management, copywriting, sustainability and diversity and inclusion. By encompassing generalist to more specific communication skills, I can further put my interpersonal and communication abilities in practice, with business acumen, according to the company's strategies and best practices.And most recently, I have been on a sabbatical year in which I could not only focus on personal topics, but also take courses to keep myself updated. But the main project in this period was a backpacking through Brazil, focused on getting to know NGOs and support houses for the LGBTQIA+ community, better understanding their similarities, differences and other characteristics from a geographical and organizational point of view, their main difficulties and, especially, their social impacts. Besides expanding my network within the movement, this journey also broadened my view of the third sector and its potential for socio-economic impact.
