Manage the Route Development Team in LATAM, in order to deliver growth in all 6 Products CEVA Logistics offers, ranging from Airfreight, Ocean Freight to Value Added Services and specific operations like Buyers Consolidation, Control Towers, etc.

Acting as a Regional developer, I am responsible for driving growth and deliver budget figures on the Asian Trade to Argentina, Uruguai, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Central America’s countries. Deliver and support growth by developing the strategy alongside all the Country Managers, Sales Managers and the BD team, with a dotted line to the VP BD LATAM.

Develop all major Asian countries into importing and exporting from/to the South American cluster. Main focus, Brazil.
