With over 15 years of work experience in various sectors, I am currently the Chief Executive Officer at Phil Young's English School, a leading provider of online and in-person English courses for students and professionals. In this role, I oversee the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the organization, while also developing new partnerships and opportunities to expand our reach and impact. Previously, I was the Director of Distance Learning at Universidade Positivo, where I led the design, implementation, and evaluation of online programs and courses for thousands of learners across Brazil and abroad.
