With more than 13 years of experience in Support and Information Technology, I've worked in many roles: developer (Python and Shell script), analyst in the support, field services, quality, projects, and business rules sectors; translator; facilitator; coach; supervisor; support specialist; and more recently, manager of a team with 6 employees. No wonder it has been my focus for many years, and a sample of this is the 80+ in-house documentation and training materials I've written; the design and guidance that I provided, as an SME, to the project to adopt a disruptive knowledge management model based on Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS); and the implementation of a self-service learning method based on the Knowledge Capture Model (KCM), using a collaborative and mentoring structure for knowledge production.
