I acquired extensive knowledge in Telecommunications, exploring various concepts and parameters analyzed on mobile network towers. My studies covered a wide range of topics including interference, alarm management, antennas, radios, broadband connectivity, mobile telephony and Internet of Things (IoT)Furthermore, I dedicated myself to understanding the integration, analysis and optimization operations of these sites. During this journey, I significantly improved my communication skills and deepened my command of the English language by interacting effectively with customers and technicians in the United States. I also studied and wrote manuals in English. I currently work in a multivendor support and monitoring team focused on providing health-checks on these sites, showing the technician or integrator the status of interference, fiber optics, alarms and others. This experience at Connect 5G has been fundamental to my professional growth and continuous learning.

While president of the Academic Center for Electrical Engineering, I was invited to take over the coordination of the UFSJ Engineering Congress (COEN) as General Student Coordinator. During my management, we established partnerships with 10 companies and institutions, brought 46 lectures and mini-courses to UFSJ and had 325 congress attendees registered. In comparison, COEN IX (last in person, in 2019), had 240 congressmen and 27 contents overall.Initially, the COEN team was limited to the Academic Center for Electrical Engineering, so we had to create strategies to encourage students from other engineering courses to participate in the organization and the conference itself. With this, I organized the team's boards, proposed ways to publicize the event and helped structure the organization. Therefore, I created strategies to manage the team, with forms and tools to help coordinate the congress, I led meetings, provided support to engineering students, organized a selection process, helped with product development and others.Therefore, it was possible to make the team grow, and to establish a strong foundation in terms of structure and organization for future generations of COEN. In this way, I gained diverse experiences and learnings about leadership, people management, communication, task divisions and time management, knowledge that I have carried with me ever since.

I took over management at a time when the team had a low turnover of members, and felt the necessity to take on different positions so that it wouldn't become extinct. Thus, I managed to attract more members to the team, and increase its visibility among Electrical Engineering students by 48%. I made forms, publications, presentations for the Center and for students in classrooms, organized events and helped develop products aimed at the course.At the end of the management, the team grew more than four times in size, and established a strong foundation for future management. Also, the Academic Center for Electrical Engineering during 2022 and 2023 was the largest academic center among UFSJ engineering courses, organizing academic weeks, products and lectures focused on Electrical Engineering. I learned a lot about leadership, communication and people management during this period, knowledge that I have carried with me ever since.
