Support in the preparation of reports for audit purposes. Provision and contingency controls. Reporting to the Board of Directors in Brazil and to the headquarters in the USA. Main achievements: obtaining the highest award received by the legal department in the Company's history, because of a legal strategy to reverse a negative contractual situation with the group's largest client. Also success and recognition for the management of the truck drivers' strike in 2018 and for the satisfactory closure of 3 of the 5 largest existing labor claims.

Responsible for legal support to the Large Accounts business (Onsite), corresponding to 70% of the Company's revenue, as well as for the group's Litigation and Labor Advisory.Elaboration, revision, correction and negotiation of large contracts, with clients of outstanding relevance. Support to internal customers in consultative demands of different natures.In the Labor sphere, elaboration of legal opinions of varied complexity, for the defense of the company's interests. Filing of lawsuits, preparation of theses, defenses, appeals and other procedural documents, as well as holding strategic hearings. Coordination of activities and results of outsourced legal offices. Presentation of reports of processes in progress, including the probability of success, contingency involved and necessary provisioning.Main achievements: Along with the Large Accounts business, support in the renewal of all contracts for the period, including the reversal of several delicate contractual scenarios. In the sphere of Labor Litigation, a 38% reduction in the annual sum of disbursements in labor claims, resulting in a Special Recognition Award.

Responsible for supporting the business areas of the Company's Northeast and North regions, which are extremely relevant to the company's results. Acting in private and public commercial contracts, bids and negotiations of great relevance. Legal advice to operational and administrative departments in the region. Team and workflows management.
