I'm responsible for defining the strategic growth plan of the programme as well as coordinating the execution of continuous editions. Pitch Bootcamp is a 2-day career accelerator that joins students and recent grads with some of the most amazing companies in the world.As Pitch Bootcamp International Manager I was esponsible for the setup of global operating procedures from scratch, working in a team of 2. My key responsibilities were defining KPIs, global growth strategy, creating database of partners and managing the relationship, manage operational setup from A to Z, giving international training.After 11 months we had successfully rolled out Pitch Bootcamp from 2 to 11 countries, in 3 continents (Africa, Europe and Asia), reaching out to 1000 participants from 13 universities whilst connecting with +400 professionals from +400 companies.Other responsibilities were:- Social Media Management;- Business Development (for Spark's core business);- Creative Advisory.

Leiria

Unique event organized in Portugal which consists in a massive water e balloon war. Having created the event I have also been responsible for it's growth. Starting in 2011 with 150 participants coming to 2014 where 4000 people attended. I have managed a staff of 30 people during consecutive months and 70 people during the three days of the event. Some key aspects of this work are project management, budgeting, various teams coordination, logistic planning, staff planning, and negotiation with stackeholders such as the city council and sponsors (up to 16).

During my time at Continente Online I constantly worked in projects. Each project could vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. While I had this function I worked on projects that would be related to in-store picking processes, warehouse processes, warehouse designing, kayzen continuous improvement, equipment design, normalization of processes and others. My key responsability was to challenge existing operational methods and propose new and optimized solutions. Furthermore, during my stay at Sonae, I was regularly involved in secondary projects where I would have to deal with different stakeholders. Sometimes they would be internal and othertimes they would be external to the company.

Trainee program (Call4Solutions) for students to carry out their masters thesis, in my case in Mechanical Engineering. Finished my degree and internship with my thesis "Project Superstore - Increase in capacity with economic rationality in an e-commerce centralized operation" evaluated with a grade of 19 out of 20 possible points. Druing the program I worked on operational flowcharts, value stream mapping, quantification of processes within operations, warehouse operation and design, and others. During this period I worked side to side with multidisciplinary team made up by colleagues from SONAE and 3 consultancy firms (Kaizen Institute, Miebach and INESC).
