The campus has 500,000 m², 36 buildings and over 130,000 m² on gross building area.Key responsibilities:→ Supervise and plan activities for a 62-person team, including bricklayers, painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians→ Estimate annual costs related with maintenance services, materials and equipment→ Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor several project plans, completion of deliverables, schedules, budgets and expenditures simultaneously.→ Issue weekly project reports, with updates on schedules, budgets and relevant developments→ Track the progress with subtrades and suppliers→ Estimating building cost of projects of varying size and scope→ Active communication with clients at all levels, including multiple internal and external stakeholders→ Assist architectural team on As-Built documentationNoticeable Projects:→ Responsible for supervising the construction of the second-largest solar power plant over a parking lot in Brazil, with 5.580 solar panels, generating 2.1 MWp. This helped the university to reduce its electric costs in 25%.→ Supervising the construction of a brand-new 27,000 m2 campus, with 7 new buildings and over 6,000 m2 of gross building area. The campus focus on the Veterinary Medicine program, and even has an open-to-public clinic.→ Coordinating 12 renovations on "Cultural Space", a 1,200 m2 galleries complex, that holds various national and international exhibitions, such as Rembrandt, Candido Portinari, Miró, Beatriz Milhazes, Antonio Bandeira, Vik Muniz and Burle Marx. The complex is now considered a City's Tourist Heritage.
