About Rodrigo Yoshima

I teach Kanban and my mission for more than a decade is to nurture, engage and improve leaders for the 21st Century Knowledge/Information Economy.I'm interested in Systems Thinking, Complexity Theory, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Sales, Product Development, Change Management, Organizational Transformation and Fat Tails. Since 2003 I've been helping companies in Brazil, USA and Europe to evolve their processes, services, and products using Lean/Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming. Since 2015 I'm working exclusively with Kanban, KMM, Fit-for-Purpose and Antifragile.
