He basado mi carrera profesional con Media Markt, compañía en la prácticamente accedí al mercado laboral compaginando mis estudios y práctica de deporte de alta competición.He tenido la oportunidad de pasar por varios de los niveles de la compañía, lo cual me ha ayudado a conocer en detalle la venta B2C y B2B y inclinó mi orientación al cliente, lo cual hoy en día a buen seguro es una de las claves que me da un alto NPS. He trabajado en detalle la negociación manejando el Sell In de varios departamentos como jefe de compras. Como jefe de servicios concentré mis esfuerzos en mejorar los ratios de Supply Chain y Cross Docking del centro minimizando tiempos de entrega y abastecimiento. Actualmente como gerente administrador de centro, lidero la estrategia global del la sociedad, habiendo cosechado buenos resultados de rentabilidad, optimización de recursos y liderazgo de equipos, por.lonque he obtenido varios premios internos de control de diferentes KPI's y buenos resultados NPP.Los colegas se refieren a mi como un comercializador altamente creativo al que siempre se puede confiar para que presente un nuevo enfoque. Pero que posiciona al cliente en el punto central, siendo el negocio del cliente lo primero. Nunca trato de imponer mis ideas a los demás. Por otro lado, dedico mucho tiempo a entender el negocio y los cambios del hoy así como a la audiencia antes de sugerir ideas. Puedo trabajar solo, haciéndolo en las ocasiones que lo requieren, pero hago mi mejor esfuerzo colaborando con los demás.Actualmente feliz en la compañía y sector en el que trabajo.
