Together with the Protest Notary’s Offices, i structured a sector, to think about the brand Cartórios de Protesto RS. As it is a class entity, much of the initial work revolved around identifying the different audiences, points of contact for the brand and devising strategies for each of them.The challenge was to consolidate the Protest Registry Offices as the most efficient way to collect a debt. The strategy adopted was to approach through light and humorous campaigns and also through the development of materials and events aimed at the internal public in order to promote the standardization of services.This work was consolidated with the award of highlight of that year, and later with invitations to present the case at events across the country.
