I started in Financial Services in 2016, starting with my apprenticeship and I have built up my knowledge and experience of administration since. Experience includes: - client and provider communications through various medium, including in person, over the phone, emails and letters- Preparing valuations for client meetings, along with any documents required - processing applications, and ensuring that it is completed - good knowledge of IT functions and skills Marketing has been a journey that I have worked towards during my time as an administrator. I have been able to assist in various different ways: -creating email campaigns and sending them out to clients and professionals - designing graphics which are included within company documents - editing images in order to be used for websites, social media posts and documents - creating social media posts about relevant topics of interest - accumulating analytical data in order to see the trends of our marketing work - SEO Practice and website developement- organising events for a medium group of professionals
