Responsibility for managing and promoting the area of safety, procurement and licensing in the organization while managing various agencies and headquarters. Ongoing work with the Ministry of Education and local authorities.Managing projects provided by the organization’s CEO. Overall responsibility for the operational management of the organization.Matrix management of a team responsible for initiating, planning and implementing multiple projects during the year that incorporate construction and pedagogy.

Work under the legal counsel of the authority to assist in the promotion of diverse legislative areas.Work with the Knesset committees, government ministries, private and public bodies in various areas of supervision.

Manage distribution network of 30 employees. The position includes recruitment and placing workers, design distribution lines, preparation of salary payments and performance, monitoring while setting goals and metrics for distributers in the field.
