A passionate customs expert who brings over 25 years of experience in the customs industry and 15+ years in the logistics industry (3PL/4PL). My passion lies in delivering the next customs step for customers in standard but also simplified procedures respecting the boundaries of EU customs legislation.Over the years I have held several customs management roles and gained lots of experience in (including but not limited to): implementation management, relationship management, Customs system design management, AEO implementation and AEO Monitoring programs, Representation (both Customs and Fiscal), special procedures mainly focused on Customs Warehouse, EIDR), Tariff Classification, Origin & Value determination, deep and thorough knowledge of EU Customs Legislation, thorough logistics knowledge base. Within AEB in my role as relationship manager, I like to help and support our AEB customers with issues that arise. Here, my knowledge and experience in customs, logistics, implementation management and relationship management are very useful. My goal is to contribute to the satisfaction of our customers by identifying and monitoring their needs and wishes. I take these impulses into my other function and passion - improving AEB's software solutions and developing new products.
