1. Service Quality• Monitors the volume of transactions per function of Order to Cash Department of the Linde shared service• Measures the performances per function of the Order to Cash department based on the metrics and computation of the agreed KPIs of Linde shared service with Linde In Countries• Conducts monthly meeting with OTC functional heads, in-country managers, and finance directors to discuss their issues and process improvements as well as monitoring its progress and closure based on set timelines/deadlines.• Prepares and presents the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI & volumes statistics with analysis to all OTC functional heads, in-country managers, and finance directors.

Operational Managements• Support financial operations on business forecasts, resource planning, budgets, and financial reporting packages by ensuring all templates are prepared on time (particularly in Sales and receivables). • Regularly provides the business with value adding reports and analyses:1. Prepare analysis on sales trend analyses, pricing, customer risk profile 2. Runs the weekly and monthly sales summary report and sends to the business3. Prepares weekly collection performance report in coordination with ACE4. Regular analysis of on hold and blocked accounts and initiates discussion with business5. Prepares UCR analysis report and informs the business of necessary reconciliation6. Prepares regularly a CN analysis report highlighting areas of focus and discusses with the business possible initiatives to avoid recurrence. Helps facilities CN review and approval by supervisor and manager before these are forwarded to ACE for posting7. Educate business of financial implications• Leads in coordinating with the third party credit investigator all credit applications received from the business for new accounts. Initiates review or updating of credit investigation as necessary. • Assists the Asst Manager in reviewing accounts on hold, upon receipt of valid/accepted justification from the business. Performance & Service Management• Assist Asst Manager – Business Support in continuously improving Business Finance processes focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization.• Work with the team to ensure quality of work performed is:1. Performed in compliance with the predefined processes and service management framework.2. Completed within agreed timelines. 3. Processed according to the established processes & procedures. 4. Processed accurately and completely• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in quality & efficiency and supports implementation efforts across the team.
