The 21st century program is an after or before school program intended to help students with low socio-economic status, at risk, and with low grades to achieve at higher levels by providing academic help as well as enrichment opportunities. We provide math, reading, science, and writing classes as well as homework help. Also students have the opportunity to participate in sport classes, cooking, guitar, chess, fun science, etc.

There are too many responsibilities as an Assistant Principal. First of all, you are in charge of helping to maintain the building and coordinate the staff. I will make sure the building is safe and ready to be used by teachers, staff, and students. The environment must be welcoming. Discipline is another big responsibility for an assistant principal. Book room, air conditioners, outside the building, inside the building, resources, complaints, etc. are responsibilities of the A.P. but the most important is the contribution to the educational field. Monitoring and contributing to student success and teachers is the one that I like the most. Served in different committees and in charge of LPAC, GT, 504, SPED, Teacher evaluations, staff evaluations, monitoring program implementation (I station, think through math, history alive, etc), Safety committee, AVID, math department, Science department, etc.
