Provide technical troubleshooting skills to the maintenance department and operations to restore product flow in a manufacturing setting as well as technical leadership and training to craft employees. Provide technical solutions to recurring design, process and application problems. Analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities and develop solutions and system improvements. Develop, manage and implement small capital projects, major repairs and maintenance projects and provide process engineering support. Interface with manufacturing departments to address and resolve technical machine issues.

Research, develop and author diagnostic information for machine systems to be used by dealer technicians and company product support departments. The technical information is used to diagnose and repair product technical problems. This includes, hydraulic and electrical machine systems.Utilize engineering documentation to create machine schematics, theories of operation and diagnostic procedures. Provide work direction, mentoring and training to less senior diagnostic authors. Assist in the product development process and participate in product serviceability reviews.

Lead dealer development in parts and service sales initiatives. Promote and participate in sales incentive programs and processes. Evaluate dealer parts sales performance and make recommendations to improve parts market share. Track and report on competitive activities, identify and convert competitive parts lines. Coordinate and provide parts training to dealers to improve counter interaction to customers.

Provide in depth technical support for seeding and crop harvesting equipment to the dealer channel. Responsible for all hydraulic, electrical and mechanical aspects of machines.

Provided dealer technical and business support for assigned territory on all Claas products.

Provide technical product support to worldwide Case IH field personnel for all cotton harvesting equipment. Including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical aspects of the product. Travelled as required to assist dealer organization with repairs and customer visits both domestically and overseas.
