Established a national team of 70 staff and partners, improving external and internal profile, delivering strong growth in both revenue and profitability. Lead tax partner on several major clients including the £9bn funded 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority. Dismantled by an incompetent leadership, it took 15 years for profits and staff numbers to recover.
