Canada Metal (Pacific) Limited with its subsidiaries (collectively, “CMP” or the “Company”) is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of non-ferrous products, primarily for the marine industry. CMP is the world’s leading manufacturer of sacrificial marine anodes with both its aftermarket Martyr brand and its OEM line of diecast products. CMP designs and manufactures the Octopus line of marine autopilot drives, and supplies OEM drives to leading marine autopilot brands/companies. CMP supplies its Rocna brand anchors, and Titan brand windlass chain and anchor rode, to the worldwide market. The Company also engineers and manufactures a broad assortment of custom diecast aluminum and zinc alloy products for a diversified range of companies in North America and Asia. CMP’s headquarters in Delta BC performs engineering, diecasting, CNC machining, product assembly, and construction product manufacturing, along with management and warehousing. The Jiada Specialty Metals Ltd (“Jiada”) subsidiary of CMP in Ningbo China performs engineering, diecasting, machining, product assembly, and warehousing. Seaguard Italanodi SRL (“Seaguard”), near Genoa Italy, manufactures marine anodes and distributes them across Europe, and is also the headquarters for the Seaguard International engineered cathodic protection system business
