I am in the field of education. I teach at a continuation high school. I currently teach technology, video editing, and photography as one class. I also teach an agriculture class that involves students taking part in the care of a garden, caring for goats, pigs, and chickens. I also teach a construction class where the students are involved in the construction of a tiny home. The tiny home has a floor plan of 8'x 16' with an 8 x 8 loft. I also coach sports. I have coached track & field 1979-1982, 1994-2005, football 1997-2019, basketball 1994-2016, and soccer 1999-2018. I have been coaching since 1979. I have a degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Construction from Cal Poly Pomona. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Technology and a California Teaching Credential in Industrial and Technology. Prior to teaching, I worked for General Dynamic in the Facilities Department located in Pomona Ca. My duties included overseeing construction projects at the Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga facilities.I also had a general construction company that operated in So Cal. My company built a fire station for the city of Riverside, two courtrooms for the County of San Bernardino, a Senior Citizens center for the city of San Dimas, clean rooms, and skiff rooms for General Dynamics, Aerojet, and Allied Signal. We also did work for the Bonita and Upland USD.I have been on the Board of Trustees for the Claremont UMC and a technology representative for Upland USD.
