Impact Dynamics is the story of a transformation in thinking, approach and tools to address the dilemma facing every country, organisation and business around the globe: how to direct limited resources to match ever increasing demand and diversity in performance expectations. To this end, I am following a reseach PhD with the University of Bristol focused on delivering sustainable and equitable value from change programmes.Client List includes Financial Institutions, Power and Utility Companies, Central Government, Local Government, Telecoms, Media, Defence, Police, Transport, Retail and Distribution, Manufacturing and Petrochemicals.

VGrip are leaders in Value Management and dedicated to helping our corporate clients gain step-wise improvements in value delivery through strategic change. We offer consultancy, training and coaching in Value Management. VGrip is an Anglo-Dutch initiative and my principal role is thought leadership.

Responsibilities:• Leading role in developing, winning and delivering management consulting business• Winning new and follow-on business by developing long-term relationships with major clients• Building partnerships for performance management propositionsAchievements:• Conceived and developed Value Management (Appraisal, Tracking and Delivery of Value from Change Programmes) from scratch into one of Admiral’s key management consulting services, finally accounting for over £3m/annum in directly attributable revenue.• Generated further intellectual value by disseminating Value Management as a standard across the company and promoting it as a differentiator through presentations at several major international conferences, copyrights and submission for innovation awards. Led major collaboration with LSE to add academic rigour.• Successfully delivered high value, often high risk, assignments spanning the full range of management and IT consulting services and innovative new developments• Managed major programmes for key clients with full P&L responsibility, including £10M programme for central government with 30 strong mixed team reporting to Grade 3• Developed over 200 consultants by designing and presenting case study based training courses in Business Strategy, BPM Systems Thinking and Process and Data Modelling• Delivered creativity workshops in collaboration with PSI International, a company specialising in achieving stepwise improvement in top teams

Design and manufacture of command and control systems in an increasingly competitive, global market, in which key drivers were price, lead time, quality, standards compliance and technology.Responsibilities:• Line management of mechanical and electronic design staff and project delivery• Design authority for all mechanical aspects of high value, state-of-the-art radar control systemsAchievements:• Conceived, championed and managed a Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) programme incorporating Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP II)• Developed and implemented concurrent engineering processes which improved product excellence whilst reducing design and manufacturing through life costs

• Total responsibility for the specification, design and production engineering of High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) units to meet customer requirements and country specific standards• Halved the specification to delivery time through ‘right first time’ design - manufacture cycle

• Special investment appraisal projects, reporting to Technical Director, covering automation in assembly, packaging, painting, materials handling, die-casting and plastic moulding technologies• Reengineered conception to production process for new products, which was implemented entirely
