Ensuring all volunteer local area Responders are trained and capable of delivering emergency First Person On Scene medical aid to the public. EMAS Ambulance Control alerts local response following a 999 call - local Responder groups targeted to be at scene within 6 minutes. Also delivering external training (Emergency First Aid at Work / First Aid at Work / Basic Life Support / Automatic External Defibrillation / Trauma care to local surgeries, Emergency Care for Fire & Rescue Services and local businesses) as fundraising stream for charity.

I led a team enforcing fishery, navigation, water resource & flood defence law covering Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, parts of Cambridgeshire and South Humberside. Field enforcement of rod licences, commercial fisheries, consented fish movements, boat licensing, boat safety & registration, spray irrigation, watercourse impoundment, illegal structures built in and along river environments. In latter years it also involved overt & covert surveillance of hazardous waste disposal and illegal dumping of tyres, etc.Prior to the formation of the National River Authority I worked within the sphere of fisheries survey work, conservation development and analytical laboratories with predecessor organisations (Lincolnshire River Authority & Anglian Water variants)
