White Knight Energy LLP (WKELLP) is involved in the international trading of commodities from the waste industry and in particular Alternative Fuels e.g. Tyre Derived Fuels (TDF), rubber crumb etc and several other products. We are also developing a major hydrogen production plant based on the reforming of methane and from there supplying hydrogen hubs that can feed electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. As part of our development 4 EV charging stations are being developed which will also have hydrogen available for fuel cells or direct pumping into hydrogen powered vehicles.

Waste Knot Energy Ltd was created to start manufacturing fuel pellets from Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF). 6 further plants are planned each of 250,000 tpa. Our pellets are marketed to the cement industry in the UK, Europe and MENA regions. With currently > 600,000 tpa of pellet offtake orders we are well placed to supply a growing market for alternative fuels. Our pellets are high quality with 'end of waste' specification.Our goal is to supply 'fuel' with a guaranteed and repeatable specification which has a high CV, exceedingly low chlorine and low ash and moisture. It can be supplied by truck container or shipped bulk.

I am responsible for the sourcing, contract for and supply of black bagged waste to 3 EfW plants at Walsall (300,000 tpa), Doncaster (200,000 tpa) and Bradford (200,000 tpa). All these plants have front end processing ie. MRF's to process the waste into a fuel suitable for the gasifiers.This work continues alongside my work with International Fuel Traders in which we are developing the manufacture of fuel pellets (for cement kilns) from SRF with a goal to produce 250,000 tpa by end 2018.We are proposing to construct a 200,000 tpa MRF + pelleting plant in Yorkshire which will commission in Q3/4 of 2018

The company was created to trade RDF, SRF, scrap tyres for pyrolysis, recycled wood chip (Grade C) and many other commodities. Responsible for RDF exports of around 350,000 - 400,000 tpa and UK disposal together with all recyclates such as metals, plastics, wood, glass etc amounting to around 1.5 million tpa.Concluded that RDF strategy required a consolidated approach to energy from waste (EfW) plants, RDF production and quality and logistics so needed a flexibility not achievable within a large corporate environment.
