Manage a team of engineers that design solutions on multiple Telephony platforms including Nice InContact, Verizon VCC, Genesys, and Avaya.My day to day consist of managing my teams work load and meeting with a wide range of clients in the Commercial, Transportation, and Government spaces. These meetings cover all new requirements ranging from new deals to modernization on our current clients platforms. I also handle client escalation as needed to help drive customer statification in any way possible.

Member of a small team responsible for the design, implementation, configuration of Avaya S87xx, Communications Manager, Media Gateways, Call Management Systems (CMS), Modular Messaging voicemail system for the Mercy Health locations across the greater Cincinnati area.

Provide telephony and network support for 300 Staffing branches. VOIP support on a Cisco Call Manager PBX with a Unity voicemail server. Service 2900 series routers and 2960 swithces in the 300 branch staffng branches that are located throughout the US.

Provided support for two Avaya S8700 series PBX's and one Avaya V880 CMS server. Supported all MAC work orders for both voice and network request. First level support for 30 Cisco swithces and routers ranging from 2960 to 6509 and even 4510 series. Managed a network refresh project that converted 35 6509 series to (20) 4510 series swithces and reduced cost vastly to the business. Managed the VOIP conversion of two 8700 series PBX's over to an Avaya Aura package.
