Senior Analyst We are currently searching for a Senior Analyst. The individual in this senior position will have extensive experience in implementation and support of outpatient practice management applications and deep knowledge of the operational processes and business needs supported by these applications. This individual will demonstrate strong consensus building and customer service skills. The following skills are mandatory:· 4 years total EMR build experience, preferably most in Epic· Minimum of two full EMR implementations· Certification in an Epic module required· Degree required (RN preferred)· Have Experience in a “High Touch” Environment· Must have worked in a 500+ bed hospital· Experienced Communicator, comfortable speaking in front of audiences from Associate Level to C-level (with superior skills in PowerPoint, Visio, etc).· Must have been a Senior Analyst in a previous role· Experience working with challenging stakeholders in a high profile environment· Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and experienceThe modules we are targeting are:o Ambulatoryo OpTimeo Professional Billingo Orderso Clinical Documentationo Cadenceo HIM
