Roger's drumming career spans four decades of diverse experience, performing and touring in over 100 countries, with jazz, blues, pop, soul and varied projects of all origins. His level of diversity in all imaginable situations reveals many of these international elements in his playing, while deepening the foundational rhythmic structure, using dynamics and above all musicality.Roger is also an educator and percussion facilitator, inspiring and encouraging other aspiring musicians to grow and achieve on their own paths. He can be found performing clinics and workshops in schools, businesses and music stores. Working with leading drum & percussion manufacturers is yet another outlet for his passion for drumming and the local and global music community.Roger endorses: TAYE Drums, Tycoon Percussion, SABIAN Cymbals, XL Specialty/Gator Cases, Aquarian Drumheads, Regal Tip Drumsticks and Audix Microphones.

Handled Marketing and Sales promotions at Carvin Retail stores, as well as Product Development in a new division of the company.

Headed up the sales department with TAYE when they were first going to the National level. We added 250+ dealers, hired 17 sales reps around the country and opened a 2nd warehouse in Nashville.

Co-designed and marketed award winning retail mega store, owned by Pro Sound, Stage & Lighting in Orange County. Was later purchased by Sam Ash as their first retail store in California.
