I was tasked with managing all aspects of an exclusive client. This consisted of managing the job site in addition to contract processing and close out documentation.

I was involved in all aspects of luxury residential construction. This included assistance in land acquisition, due diligence, project feasibility, land design, quality control, engineering, construction assistance and extensive client interaction.

Las Vegas, Nevada Area

I managed the development and engineering of a 3,000 acre master planned community, including all infrastructure installation, engineering, consultant management, project design, internal plan submittal and permitting, plan quality assurance and municipality coordination.In addition, I prepared cost estimates for upcoming individual sub-contracts while managing the $240 million project budget.
