Deliver industrialized deployment solutions for Ericsson wireless access and transport products, including LTE RAN, Small Cell, OTN, microwave MINI-LINK product line, and mobile front haul. My responsibilities include:• Identify the business case for tools development to support product implementation;• Write requirements for identified tools to support product implementation;• Develop UAT test plan for the tools and Perform UAT test;• Define, Optimize, and Validate the End-to-End deployment process based on the EDI and the tools;• Train internal engineering teams on the EDI, tools, and processes;• First level Support for internal engineering teams on End-to-End deployment solution.

Deliver End-to-End deployment solutions for Nortel CDMA access products, including BSC and BTS. Identify the business case and worked as engineering SME to involve design and test more than 3 major CDMA database engineering tools (Nortel Internal CACP, Nortel 1xEV-DO CPS, Ericsson 1xEV-DO CPS). Work closely with design team to define, implement, and test the tools which are used for those products end-to-end deployment into customer network globally.
