Started working at current position as a Operator Driver working from the ground floor up, becoming the supervisor in 1994, from there working through the ranks from Plant Manager to Branch Manager to, South Island Manager to Southern Regional Manager overseeing 3 x branches over the next 13 years. Included in this and participating while we had changes of 4 owners over my 22 plus years and the challenges associated with the different approaches. While also going from plant processing technology changes from 10 years of running high temperature incinerators to the know more accepted stream steriliser systems.Finally becoming the South Island Operations Manager in 2012 when, Interwaste our company had continued growth to the extent that we required to make our senior manager roles more specific to better service our current clients as well as our future growth.As you would appreciate these experiences have given me a sound knowledge of a specialist industry while many areas of my positions are interchangeable with all areas of waste management.
