Roger is a highly engaged and insightful executive coach who assists his clients and their organizations in realizing more of their unique potential, while achieving surprising and sustainable results. Coaching for over 15 years, Roger brings a unique mix of rigor and relatedness. His background in organization development, talent development and adult education allow him to deeply connect and utilize principally based coaching skills. His experience as an engineer and engineering manager make him thorough, detail oriented, and a critical thinker with a systems perspective. Roger graduated from the University of Southern Colorado in 1986 with a BSEET. He graduated from the CoachU Coach Training Program in 2006, and he has studied with the Strozzi Institute, Richard Moss, The Hendricks Institute, and Conversant. He is a level 3 ski instructor of the Professional Ski Instructors of America (Rocky Mountain) as well as a trainer within Vail Resorts where he specializes in peak performance.When he is not working he is active as a husband and father of his two boys. He enjoys participating in a variety of outdoor athletics including cycling, skiing and high altitude endurance sports. He lives in the foothills outside of Boulder, CO.
