As the Business Analyst at Volvo IT, it is my responsibility to describe the workflow of one or several business processes being modelled and define the interaction between the Business workers and the system. The Responsibilities and Powers are involved in 3 categories…Business, Work and Quality… Business • Understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.• Authorized to suggest alternative solutions and point out possible deficiencies set on the business model.• Support Account managers and others who market and sell the end-product of the project.• Authorized to make agreements within the tasks concerning business process definitions.Work • Facilitate modelling, develop Test Plans and Test Cases documentation and perform the required testing for the target organisation.• Describe the workflow and the high-level requirements for IT solutions to support the business processes.• Perform a cost/benefit analysis for any suggested changes in the target organisation.Quality• Responsible for ensuring that the solution developed comply with given specifications and customer quality requirements.• Authorised to suggest alternative solutions and point out deficiencies related to quality requirements in projects to project managers as and when necessary.• Follow Volvo IT’s quality assurance system.• Responsible for ensuring that individually drafted plans are adhered to and that the applicable calculations are not exceeded.

Corporate Senior IT Business Analyst … (04/2004 – 03/2008) Implement, train and support PRMS Corporate Business Systems for Multi-company / Multi-plant manufacturing facilities. Perform analytical studies and completed necessary corrections on problem areas for 18 facilities in USA and Mexico for all aspects of the business. Maintain PRMS Menus, Menu Sets, and user profiles for all associates. Support additional bolt-on Systems to PRMS which include; I-Supply (Vendor Managed Inventory), 3C (Costing Software Package), Infinium (Payroll Package) and TAS (Takata Advance Systems).
