About Roger Kramer

I am a trial lawyer who mediates civil disputes of all issues except family law. My experience trying lawsuits has involved both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal court, appeals in the Minnesota Supreme Court, 8th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. I use this experience to resolve lawsuits at mediation in an evaluative manner, focusing on how the case will proceed before a jury and all the possibilities that can occur.
