Self preservation, I attend and graduated a correspondent education program , furthered by community college, then by lots additional reading, digesting as much information to improve in my current trade at the time and my future trade, through literature and books available. Then I applied myself to every opportunity that arose, my knowledge and experiences grew as I climbed the ladder of success. In retrospect this path was very non-traditional path. My start in facilities started when serving in the military, then progressed through serving various trades, followed by providing as a handy person for private residential owner, which led to full time employment. This then opened opportunity in management hospitality, followed by transferring my education in HVAC, by servicing commercial and residential HVAC. In turn open another opportunity to work for an international company as the commercial refrigeration and HVAC technician, with additional exposure to hospitality, kitchen, mercantile equipment service. Now, enjoying the ever changing activities of supporting a large team, with guidance, to achieve with excellence, the many services within our organization. By working with vendors and our team to perform, as many necessary tasks as they arise, with the skills needed to achieve, successfully applied and performed to the appropriate project. I am currently enjoying the additional growth in knowledge obtained in my current education goals, though the continued studies, by updating new and refreshing old learned knowledge.
